Hej alle sammen, I am Draugr. Just a random Danish man living in the American Midwest doing Norse Pagan things. On this journey I never intended to settle down where I am. It's a hot dry desert! I had initially planned to move somewhere else or be in Denmark with friends and family, but here I am. I've been pagan, or a spiritual/esoteric person all my life, but didn't really build a foundation in the Norse Pagan practices until 2021, and surprisingly a game called Valheim really sparked things for me. Despite being Danish and I guess having a closer connection to all the Nordic stuff, my complicated upbringing, and not so great life growing up kept me from really wanting to be 'Danish' or have anything to do with anything 'Nordic'. I pushed past many things and started studying and got very heavily involved. Over these past few years I ran many Blóts and brought together a great community all out of my little back yard here in the photo, and I now lead a Non profit Norse Pagan tribe for Colorado called Úlfung. I'm just a funny guy with a weird funny accent, hoping to make a great impact on the Norse Pagan community with my non profit and beyond.

Got myself on a diet. Did a small ritual to start everything off and to keep focused and mind strong. 7 kg lost in 8 days.

Hel print I did earlier this year. There hasn't been really a ton of proper content out there and earlier this year I wanted to make it an effort to bring her to life through my eyes. This piece took hours of rendering hundreds of dead bodies and rotten flesh just to get the necessary content to blend together in order to create her. So many works of art show her with blonde and black hair. I didn't care for that and have never envisioned her having that.

She has always been one that I truly felt misunderstood. She has given me an insane amount of inspiration over the years and the idea of her has always made me feel grounded even through the darkest of times.
