En något molnig, men ändå ljum lördag förmiddag svängde vi in till Upplands största fornborg Broborg för att hålla Segerblot. Just a quick update on the Crossroads Ancient Sagas stream. I am currently looking at 2 dates which are Friday 18th April or Saturday 19th April. The stream will be hosted on YouTube over at the following link. YouTube.com/@elemental_beard Once I know the date, I will set the time and post a link to the stream directly. It would be good to get as many of you as possible to join in and talk amongst others. The stream time will be set for UK time and aiming for the afternoon to give more people a chance to view. Lördagen den 18:e januari höll vi vårt midvinterblot i Lenhovda gravfält som är ett ganska stort gravfält på en liten ganska central kompakt plats i hembygsparken i Lenhovda. Det var första gången som jag var där och det slog mig hur många gravar från bronsåldern och järnåldern som gravfältet utgjorde. Sammanlagt är det omkring 170... On Saturday, January 18, we held our midwinter blót at Lenhovda burial ground, Sweden, which is quite a large burial site located in a relatively compact and central area within the local heritage park in Lenhovda. It was my first time visiting, and I was struck by the sheer number of Bronze Age and Iron Age graves in the burial ground. In total, there are about 170 ancient remains... 🇬🇧 Come and celebrate the Summer Blót with the Nordiska Asa-samfundet (Nordic Asa-community). On Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 14:00, it is once again time to celebrate the summer with gods, goddesses and the beings of the place with a big blót at the Rök Runestone in Ödeshög, Sweden! The Summerblót is a time when hundreds of norse heathens from all over Sweden and other parts of Midgard gather in Rök, Ödeshög in Sweden and celebrate the summer around the original time of Midsummer with a big blót at the fantastic Rök Runestone. In addition to Saturday’s blót, various activities are organized throughout the day at our campsite located next to store Röks Lanthandel (Lanthandlar´n i Rök). The evening ends with a guild.
