• The Connection Between the Sinking of the Titanic
    and World War I
    PART 1

"Recently, I became intrigued by the connection between two significant events: the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 and the outbreak of World War I in 1914. Historically, these events are closely spaced, and from an occult perspective, a connection can also be discerned. To initiate and conduct a war, a substantial amount of energy is required, and it seems this energy was gathered through the sacrifice of the passengers who perished on the Titanic. But how can we truly determine if these two events are linked?"

Between 1912 and 1914, there was also the year 1913, which saw another crucial event that influenced the trajectory of the 20th century up to the present day. This event is as significant as the onset of World War I in 1914: the establishment of the Federal Reserve System, which later became effectively the world bank.
Conspiracy theories suggest that the sinking of the Titanic was primarily connected to this event rather than the beginning of World War I. These theories assure us that among the Titanic's passengers were industrialists, bankers, and magnates who were staunchly opposed to the formation of the Federal Reserve System. This system is not a government entity of the United States but rather a consortium of private banks. The project had grand plans and great prospects. The sinking of the Titanic is said not to be linked to sacrificial offerings or even ritualistic murder, but rather to the assassination of undesirable opponents. This is the narrative put forth by conspiracy theories.
The subsequent formation of conditions that escalated into the war of 1914 is a consequence of the events of 1913. For such a new systemic formation to arise, an event that disrupts the economy and resources of those who might oppose it more seriously than mere words is generally required. The competitors included the states of Europe and the Russian Empire, which was still a monarchy at the time. A few provocative steps were taken, and the war was unleashed, incorporating both ritualistic actions and occult motives.

  • Our first Viking Feast that we put on as a pre-event for Viking Fest Minnesota (www.vikingfest.com). The space we used is Asfolk Viking Martial Arts (www.asfolk.com) located in Eagan, Minnesota. A friend and I built all of the tables in just two weeks before the event.

For the next feast, we are hoping to double the number of tables/attendees.

Feast was fully catered and I worked with the caterer to make sure the food was historically accurate. Entertainment/storytelling provided by friends and fights provided by Asfolk.

  • About the upcoming Disablót.

The Disablót is one of the most famous blót´s, and like the Midvinter blót/yule one of the most misunderstood blót´s. The Disablót did not take place at the beginning of February, but at the third month called Göja/Göje (today between around the end of February and mid-March). It was when the Swedes were Christianized that the Disting/Disablót was moved to the Christian holiday of the Candle Mass, which is at the beginning of February (today on February 2) and even today Disting market is organized.

Disting/Disablót is mentioned by Adam of Bremen, according to him, this simply takes place in Old Uppsala in the month of Göje after the vernal equinox and all inhabitants of Svitjod (Sweden) had to participate, if they did not want to participate they had to pay a fine.

The disablót is deeply rooted in the veneration of the Disir´s – a group of powerful female forces closely associated with destiny, fertility, protection, and the general well-being of the family and community. The Disir´s are central figures in the Asatru, they are linked to the Nornirs who determine our destinies but also to the fylgior´s, thus the Disir´s are revered in part as ancestral guardians who exert a profound influence over our lives. They watch over their kin, guarantee prosperity, offer protection and guidance through both everyday and spiritual challenges. But the disir´s are also associated with the Valkyries and the Vanadis Freya.

The Disablót falls on the first full moon before the Victory Blót and lasts for one day/night.
If you want to use the disting-rule, the Disablót is the third full moon after the first new moon after the winter solstice.
The disting occurs every nine years with the same calculation.

Every nine years the Disting was held. The event lasted for 9 nights, a market was organised, horse races, parties and, of course, the usual blót, etc. The market survived Christianisation and is still organised today, but around a Christian holiday.

In the Icelandic sources it is mentioned that the Disablót was performed in connection with the holiday of Winter Nights, this is probably the Icelanders’ and Norwegians’ time for the Disablót while the Swedes held it in the spring.

Find out more about the historical 5 blóts, when they are according to the pre-christian heathen lunasolar calendar, why we celebrate these blóts:

  • Someone please explain THIS to me. I looked up "Can I wear a sword in public?"
"While open gun carry may be legal in some places, openly carrying a sword is generally not allowed because swords are perceived as more inherently threatening and likely to cause alarm in the public compared to a firearm, even when openly displayed; this is due to their historical association with violence and the difficulty in controlling a sword compared to a gun in a public setting".
So walking down the street wearing a high capacity large caliber pistol is inherently safer than wearing an ULFBERHT? So a gun has less "historical association" with violence? WTF? The Focking NRA is indeed the most powerful group in the country.

OK. So after a little more research I've discovered that here in Georgia...You can walk down a public street openly carrying the same weapon as a Russian soldier in combat in Ukraine while in California (The most liberal state in the country) you can walk around wearing a sword. Lucy...You got some splainin to do!

  • Bronze figure from Glasbacka in Halland, Sweden. The figure probably wears a mask with a hooked bird's beak. Late Bronze Age. S.Pollington in 'Woden - a historical companion' argues that this may be the earliest evidence for a one-eyed aviform character in Scandinavia. )Note the bulging eye on the right).

  • A new DNA research.

High-resolution genomic history of early medieval Europe.

Many known and unknown historical events have remained below detection thresholds of genetic studies because subtle ancestry changes are challenging to reconstruct. Methods based on shared haplotypes1,2 and rare variants3,4 improve power but are not explicitly temporal and have not been possible to adopt in unbiased ancestry models. Here we develop Twigstats, an approach of time-stratified ancestry analysis that can improve statistical power by an order of magnitude by focusing on coalescences in recent times, while remaining unbiased by population-specific drift. We apply this framework to 1,556 available ancient whole genomes from Europe in the historical period. We are able to model individual-level ancestry using preceding genomes to provide high resolution. During the first half of the first millennium ce, we observe at least two different streams of Scandinavian-related ancestry expanding across western, central and eastern Europe. By contrast, during the second half of the first millennium ce, ancestry patterns suggest the regional disappearance or substantial admixture of these ancestries. In Scandinavia, we document a major ancestry influx by approximately 800 ce, when a large proportion of Viking Age individuals carried ancestry from groups related to central Europe not seen in individuals from the early Iron Age. Our findings suggest that time-stratified ancestry analysis can provide a higher-resolution lens for genetic history.

  • This maybe controversial but.....one of the main reasons over the last year or two i've really got stuck into Nordic/Viking/Germanic history/beliefs is to get in touch with my ancestral roots and cultural heritage. All i see around me is a constant diluting, sense of shame(?) and historical revisionism of my culture and history. Because of this i'm all the more determined to immerse myself in my roots before its lost. Why do other cultures get celebrated while mine is denigrated?

  • The historical dates of Yule.

    2 sources:

Hakon the Good was a Norwegian king, who tried to force Christianity on Norway (hence he is called “the Good.”) In the Saga of Hakon the Good, Hakon moved Yule from its traditional time on the Heathen Lunar calendar, to be at the same time as christian celebration called christmas.

Chapter 15 of the saga "Hakon the Good":
“King Hakon was a good Christian when he came to Norway; but as the whole country was heathen, with much heathen blot, and as many great people, as well as the favor of the common people, were to be conciliated, he resolved to practice his Christianity in private. But he kept Sundays, and the Friday fasts, and some token of the greatest holy-days. He made a law that the festival of Yule should begin at the same time as Christian people held it, and that every man, under penalty, should brew a meal of malt into ale, and therewith keep the Yule holy as long as it lasted. Before him, the first night of Yule was on hǫkunótt, that is midwinter night, and Yule was held for three nights."

The Chronicon of Thietmar of Merseburg Chapter 17 (circa 925 AD):
"As I have heard odd stories concerning their ancient mid-winter sacrifices (blots), I will not allow this custom to be ignored. The middle of that kingdom is called Lederun (Lejre), in the region of Sjælland, all the people gathered every nine years in January, that is after we have celebrated the birth of the Lord, and there they offered to their gods sacrifices…”
