Good Morning. I am so happy that I found this new network! I am hoping to make new meaningful connections and would love to collaborate with folk as well.
I am an ethereal Aussie singer songwriter who lives in rural Northern England (Danelaw). I create moody songs on acoustic guitar, piano, celtic harp, hand drum and I also bow my guitar. Some of my influences include Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Wardruna, Stina Nordenstam, Anja Garbarek and many lesser known musicians. I sing in English and recently have been exploring my ancestry with Swedish and Scottish Gaelic. Over the last 4 years I got very sick as a result of 1 Pfizer jab (biggest mistake of my life), and now have several autoimmune conditions I manage and struggle to walk on bad days. I was lucky and had testing in Germany when I lived there and have this all confirmed without having Covid. I was a full time touring musician before this and slowly building that up again. My first single in 4 years came out in February recorded/produced by Fieke Van Den Hurk in the Netherlands and I have a new single we worked on coming out in May which is a traditional Swedish song.
I will be touring in Western Europe and Australia this year so hope to connect/make new friends then as well. I also have a massive garden and grow some of my own food/herbs, am into herbal medicine and foraging and recently went on a Seid workshop in Wales with Lindy-Fay (Wardruna) and Inger Johanne
