Im very blessed to have a park directly outside my apartment, as im sitting on the couch im watching people live their lives. one woman is doing yoga under a tree, a couple is having a picnic, a man reading on a bench, i see toddlers running around in the grass. Its extremely peaceful and its so great for my mental health. I hope you all have a very blessed day today (for respect of strangers ive uploaded a photo with no one seen in it)

Not a surprise, because it makes sense, but scientists now see a direct correlation between growing up in nature and a good mental health as an adult.

I have several neurological issues, I do my level best to always be open, honest and as clear as I can be. I am an autistic, female bodied individual with ADHD, cPTSD, and DID. I’m always willing to talk about my particular disorders, and do my best to help spread awareness and understanding.

I will answer all reasonable questions about my mental health, if curious feel free to ask; but please be polite. I am after all a real person simply trying to share understanding.
