I have several neurological issues, I do my level best to always be open, honest and as clear as I can be. I am an autistic, female bodied individual with ADHD, cPTSD, and DID. I’m always willing to talk about my particular disorders, and do my best to help spread awareness and understanding.

I will answer all reasonable questions about my mental health, if curious feel free to ask; but please be polite. I am after all a real person simply trying to share understanding.
