In honor of Danheim putting out some c64 music, which I'm all for and can't wait to see what he does with it, I thought I'd throw up this jem. All three OSTs are fantastic in their own way and damn can that little chip go hard. MEANT TO BE PLAYED FUCKING LOUD.

Under the light of the full moon, far in the frozen north, deep in midwinter.
My village has come under raid.
My mother and younger brother hide from enemy spears and swords.
A battle rages, as all capable men rush to action.
Women protect the children, and do what they can to stop the flames that gorge upon the houses and tents.
My Father, slain before me.
There is no time to weep for this loss.
His wolf mantle I wear, his axe I take.
A young man I am, a young man I shall die.
I fight with all that is within me, and slay many in the rage fueled by my fathers death.
The wolf spirit rides my mind, as I do all I can to save my village.
The men of my village all slain before me, the last bit of the raiders still stand.
I take them on, down to their last man.
I am met with a spear, and he an axe.
My axe sinks deep within his skull as it's thrown, but I am not so lucky, as his spear was thrown, and into my chest it was buried.
There I lay, reddening the snow.
My village has been saved, but I know not what is to come for those that remain, as all I can hear is the sound of the Valkyries wings as I am carried to Valhöl.
