Last year this time, I had a long list of things I wanted to change in my life. Of all those things, I’m most grateful for letting perfectionism go. Embracing the chance for failure and mediocrity gave me room and permission to develop.

I always get very introverted and feely in December. It's the time to do some "emotional accounting", and see what I want to take with me to the next cycle.
