River time and Fire time.

The river heals my mind and helps me reintegrate into the flow of my life.

The fire heals my heart as I meditate by its soft glow.

The flow of life can sometimes disrupt our peace. It's a necessary movement to ensure we don't get too comfortable or complacent.
Never forget where you have set up base camp; where your hearth fire burns. Tend to those embers and keep it going to allow you to return to a place of peace amidst the tumultuous currents of life.
