For anyone that feels like they are struggling with screentime and phone addiction, I cannot recommend this app enough! Its called Minimalist Phone: Launcher. Its more than halfed my screentime! As the seasons ebb and flow, I learn that so do I.
Things that would of worked in times past, no longer serve. Mentalities that have been held for as long as i can remember, decay. I yearn to sprout and blossom into who I have always meant to be, but the weeds are always there crushing me...do I give in? Give up? Do I surrender?
