Many of you know me as Norseruna—a Vitki, Shaman, Wizard, or whatever title you prefer. I mainly work with Bindrunes, Gandr, Galdr, and Seidr.

Lately, I've been wanting to create my own ritual music.

Not polished or melodic—just a simple, raw, repetitive Viking-style drone. Think a steady drumbeat, maybe a tagelharpa loop, with some of my own Galdr layered over it. Nothing synthetic sounding —just something primal I can use for trance and ritual work.

I'm completely new to music production, so I'm looking for recommendations. What's a good, beginner-friendly music program or setup that would let me create this kind of sound?

Ideally, something easy to learn and focused on looping simple beats and natural-sounding samples.
